Our
Objectives
Are
To develop effective youth servant leaders through
education, training, support and mentorship;
To effect personal transformation in young people which will ultimately lead to community change;
To reduce poverty in rural communities through job creation, entrepreneurship and successful work placement;
To fight injustice on all levels in the South African society, especially those that reduces access to opportunities for black South Africans;
To economically empower young South Africans by:
Creating an atmosphere for business development;
Developing a network of mentors (already business owners) for young entrepreneurs;
To create a place for business development, skills transfer, reduction of red tape in terms of local municipality processes, linkages to the provincial offerings, and job readiness programs.

Johnny Philander
Lead Facilitator
Johnny Philander is an accomplished educator, facilitator, entrepreneur, and public speaker with extensive experience in training, capacity building, leadership development, and community empowerment. With a strong academic foundation and decades of practical experience, he has dedicated his career to developing individuals, organizations, and communities through innovative learning and development initiatives.
As the founder and director of ClimbX Development Agency, Johnny has successfully delivered training and development programmes for municipalities, government departments, community organizations, and national sporting bodies across South Africa. His ability to inspire, educate, and empower people has earned him a reputation as a trusted facilitator and development practitioner.
Elizma Philander
Chairperson of the Boad
Elizma Philander is an experienced educator, facilitator, assessor, moderator, and quality assurance professional with a strong background in skills development and vocational education. She is passionate about empowering people through education, mentoring, and capacity building, ensuring excellence in training and compliance. With extensive experience in curriculum development, assessment, and quality management, Elizma is committed to developing individuals and organizations through practical learning, continuous improvement, and a dedication to excellence.
